I can’t believe there are 14 teams with power plays worse than ours.

Soliak, not a single example you quoted referred to another person as a piece of garbage.

Flames have more scoring chances, but these were one and done chances. We need second and third chances from sustained presure in forward zone.

Hamilton hasn’t been able to get a puck to the net tonight. What happened to his seeing eye shot?

so true, this game alone would be fine...good even

They are outplaying a top team

But they have outplayed a lot of teams and lost, eventually you need to win some games

This team is so frustrating.

They're getting to the right positions on the ice.
They're moving the puck to the right players.
They're supporting the puck well.
They shoot the puck well when they get looks.

But every step of the way it's too ####ing slow. It's like they forgot what game pace is. Top to bottom, every aspect of the team is too slow.

We can piss and moan about who's playing D on the powerplay or which lines are getting ice time in the 3rd period. None of that matters unless you can execute at speed.

Pittsburgh just won back to back cups on the back of playing fast. McDavid won an Art Ross on the back of playing fast. Vegas is obliterating every expansion team record by playing fast.

And we're slow as ####.

I'm actually really enjoying this game. Both teams are playing hard. Flames getting more chances but the Predators are just more dangerous. Tough team to come back on but they did it earlier this season!

I did. It is not 100% on the players when the same failed PP gets sent out on the ice. Difference in the game so far, we can't score Nashville keeps their confidence going drives to the net and gets rewarded.

Coaching failure 101.

If they hadn't replaced Versteeg with a pylon they actually could have.

This season sure hasn't been easy. All the arena bull#### and some tough results on the ice - just feels like a big, black cloud hanging over this franchise in 2017.

Looking forward to things changing in 2018.

Calling out other posters for venting their frustrations adds nothing also. This game is frustrating, what did you expect to see in this thread?

Im not sure I understand this "outplaying" . The Flames have the puck a lot, but most of the shots are not dangerous and from the perimeter.

Not to mention the road team is boxing out and playing a reasonable game and converting on their opportunity.

This whole nerrative of outplaying and dominatimg play and loosing is a little played out.

Islanders must think this whole province are idiots.

Between us and the oilers we may turn them into contenders

Not sure what your having issue with here. The guy crossed the line and is taking a break because of it. There is a difference between being frustrated and making a personal attack on a player, that is not necessary.

If you can't see the difference, I won't change your mind, so lets move on
