This Flames team right now just can't seem to deal with momentum swings in the other direction. Ever since the failed 5 on 3 and PP they have had none of it and can't seem to generate any, and not likely to unless we score again.

Poor exits, weak forechecking, bobbling passes, losing all the board battles, anemic power play ... typical Flames home game. Am I missing anything?

The most you can be in this league without a powerplay is a bubble team. This is no minor issue, PP can literally define your ceiling no matter how good your roster is.
