Well that and they just seem to be going on and on. Like the guy looks upset, and are not talking about anything else.

Really awesome what he is doing for these kids...

Lot of really good hearted people on the flames. I take it for granted for sure.

They were full value for the last 10 minutes, and made more mistakes than a beginning driver in a rowboat for the first two periods.

Tiresome negativity? Really? You must have rose-coloured glasses, because the team that I watched came VERY close to losing that game until they woke up.

You make some good points but can't we just celebrate the win?

The worst of it was at the beginning of the game and the first half of the third. Have to give the Canucks some credit for clogging the neutral zone when they had the lead.

Still not the best game from the Flames, I agree.
Good thing two of our youngest stars came up clutch

What a great interview with Hamonic on after hours. Really have to pull for this guy, he gets it in a way few athletes seem to these days. What a class act.

During the game, I heard a reference to the interview and it led me to think that the topic was okayed with Hamonic. I could be wrong but I doubt it.

Sure - happy for the win; the right team came out ahead - barely. Just don't agree that it was a good game on the Flames' part and they were "full value" for it.

Though a tough interview what a great young man Hamonic is. He should be damn proud of himself. Giving the gift of time as well as his $. Impressive.

The stats strongly suggest the flames were good tonight
I agree they were sloppy, particularly the top line, but they carried the play most of the night

Stats are just stats. They never tell the whole story and they don't even always portray that accurate a story of how the game actually went.

The eye test said the Flames were flat as a pancake and had little to no energy for the vast majority of the first 2 periods.

But they didn’t lose. They won! Don’t be that guy. Enjoy the win. It’s so much more fun.

As someone that just had a little girl in June, the ending of that interview made me so happy for him.
