They just look so amateurish on the powerplay. It makes no sense. 0 shots on 2 PPs. Just atrocious.

Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Brouwer gets an insane amount of PP time and he still produces like an AHL journeyman would. Absolutely insane
