Need a gif of the double arm raise of GG after the OT winner.

Solid win. Deserved. Montreal had some chances which could’ve flukes in a couple more times.
As soon as that was a 2 on 1 in OT it was a goal. SM hustling to beat his man was the key there.

Monahan racking up the points this season, already 3 off 20. 40 is a real possibility

Edit: I mean goals!

Nice win, Monahan does it again!

Great work calling the review GG. Love the emotion as of late too.

As mediocre as the first PP in the 3rd period was, that seemed to be the turning point for the Flames. It gave them enough life and momentum to generate offensive chances and grind out the tying goal. They fought through the Habs' stiffing defence (well, Price) for two points.

Gritty character win for the Flames. The type the team needs to get going again.

Brodie and Bennett are looking better. The depth is scoring (with Hathaway being rewarded). There's backup goaltending that the team can seem to trust.

Things are looking alright after the road trip. Hopefully they can translate that to home ice.

Who knew that saddling young, developing players with sub-NHL quality linemates was a surefire way to negatively impact that young players development!

From the moment Bennett got a decent linemate to play with, his game has gotten back on track.

Seeing as even McDavid/Matthews/Eichel don’t get asked to play with 5 on 5 scrubs the way Bennett was makes me scratch my head as to what the hell Treliving/Gully were thinking last year and earlier this year.

Brodie and Harmonic's play seems to be turning around, a good sign for the team

not to brag but there is probably no coincidence that he started heating up after I got a chance to interview him!

Development in Stockton really paying dividends right now. Rittick, Jankowski, Kulak and Hathaway have all been better than the players they have replaced and I would argue that there should be no way that any of them ever get sent down again. Hopefully that trend continues with some of the kids down there now. Nice change of direction for the Flames franchise.
