How the six players I front of him play are a big part of it too. I mean Gio being dopey on that goal that went through the blade holder of his skate was next to impossible but he's literally standing there screening Smith with no Oiler around him.

EXACTLY!! No previous head coach allow his Flames team to lose to the Oilers over and over again. The worst Flames coach in my mind is Gilbert, and even him hated the Oilers with passion and not allow his team to lose to the Oilers or show no emotion playing against that team.

Also not a fan of Hamilton. His trade value is still high however...
