I'm not on the fire GG train. I like the GG systems during the periods that it actually shows. It seems like a bit of a high-risk high-reward though, because the team looks absolutely terrible the nights it doesn't work.

But there's a whole issue of this team showing up to games. I don't know why they are so hot and cold, but you've got to look at leadership and coaching on that one.
