I've heard most of it as well and its total crap. Just horrible which is disappointing as I usually enjoy most of his music.

I find it amusing that it has become so cool to hate on Eminem.

Garbage? Going wrong buying this LP? Total crap? I will disagree.

I love it. His first two albums were decent, but The Marshall Mather LP was a masterpiece, and this one is right there. Great subject matter, beats are solid, packed with 20+ songs.

Sure, the single is corny and gimmicky, but what do you want from this guy? His skills as an emcee are undeniable, and again, the topics he covers in a single song are deeper and more thought provoking than the entire catalogue of other lesser emcees.

And his flow is just straight bananas. He is challenging Biggie, Rakim, Jigga, and a few others for the title of best flow/delivery. His rhyme structure is incredible.

But yeah, why is it so "in" right now to hate on Em? And if you're not hating, what did you want from this LP?

If it's not "your kind of music," fine, but I don't buy the "it's not my kind of 'hip hop'" argument. If you don't like Eminem, and you claim you like hip hop music, you're a moron. Or a backpacker wannabe. Or an internet nerd.

I like Eminem but I don't really like some of his songs. Some songs are absolutely brilliant, and some songs are pretty plain and repetitive. Like Just lose it and My band. It was ok for the first few listens but then they just got really annoying and songs like The way I am were the complete opposite.

How does this sound, Eminem sucks due to the fact that it is his personal opinion. Why does he not get the right to express his own personal views on the music of Eminem? Because you are some white kid who has found a new idol for the minute, and you get to have your cell phone ring tone, and your blonde hair. It is his personal view that Eminem sucks. But if you really want reasons here they are:

What he does, takes tallent there is no doubt about that, but the fact that he is so offending, rude and vulgar makes it all but impossible for the majority of people to take him seriously as a musical artist. Now that he really wants to talk about politics it seems somewhat hollow and stupid to be honest with you that he steps up on a high horse, when his songs have promoted such actions as murdering his ex-wife. How can someone really take this guy and his viewpoints seriously. He has done nothing to earn my respect, and in fact the way in which he treats minority groups such as homosexuals is downright deplorable, and sickening. Furthermore his songs all seem to sound the same, the same beat, and all that. I may just be lacking the mental fortitude that you have in all your insurance adjuster wisdom, but the fact still remains that the songs all sound very similar. Sure the guy can swear, rhyme and talk really fast though.

He is one of the most offending characters in music these days, and as a result I have to say that yes he does suck.

Someone doesn't like Eminem, and they are a moron though.... ok chief?

Wow, but I think we are just trying to see why you don't like Eminem.

This is just classic, last week your demanding explanations from people on their opinions buy ou seem to be above your own standards then.
I think this is hilarious.

Haven't got a chance to hear the album but wasn't too impressed with the first single. I'm sure the rest of the CD is better, really quite enjoyed that first one.

I don't mind Eminem but theres just one thing that irks me about him his whole Slim Shady and Eminem split personality thing. I don't mind the music he comes out with as eminem but his slim shady stuff is just pure sh*t.
