New Oasis Album out Tommorow, Who's gonna buy it?
Greatest Hits, Stop the Clocks, getting released in Canada tommorow.
I surely cant be the only person excited for this release? In my opinion Oasis was the "definintive" band of the 90's.

Sheesh, those twits are still kicking around?
In all seriousness, I agree. I really liked their sh-t back when I was in high school, and I have some of their stuff on my iPod as of right now. So, what, this Clocks song is the only new track on this CD?

Might pick it up. Haven't seen the tracklisting yet. I'm assuming I already have most of what's there anyways. But yes, Oasis is one of the best rock n roll acts of the 1990's for sure.

I was just thinking that it has been a while since I heard 60 minutes of whining and bad guitar riffs. Nice to see Oasis is still filling that need...

whining? bad guitar riffs? we're talking about Oasis, not Nickelback.

Haven't you heard? They're better than the Beatles.
The prototypical brit-pop band of the mid nineties, although I think Blur were a bit more creative. Meh.

So I ended up buying the special version with the extra DVD. The tracklisting is really good. Pretty solid, I never really listen to whole Oasis albums at a time anyways. Good mix of their stuff, some b-sides in there too. A very good best of.
