sure didnt feel like the Avs had that many shots - definitely Flames had the better chances
and controlled the play

Real good period. I thought the D collectively played very well. Also happy to see the 3M line back in form. The Jankowski line was good again, and Bennett seems to be getting better with every game - it's just a matter of time. And even though Ferland missed the net 4 times (including a crossbar), him and Johnny were flying, and it seems like a goal or two from them is inevitable tonight.
SO far a really good bounce back from last night.

They had a few from the perimeter tester shots on Rittich. Flames had a number of chances that missed net or hit crossbar.

Flames seem more willing to block shots for Rittich tonight. Maybe they can carry that forward for smith as well
