Watching the Washington feed's post-game show, pretty good. Sportsnet always breaks away just after the game (probably a rights issue) so nice to see commentary.

Your comment on Hf will either get deleted or you’ll get a warning soon, HF oiler mods take everything to heart.

Flames are now closer to first in the Division than they are to being out of a playoff spot.

That must be some Flames record with Mony getting four power play goals in a row.

really solid and complete game by the flames. good to see brodie improve his play from the detroit and philly games. hope he gets back to his 2015 form over the season. so lucky to watch gaudreau every game. what a player. monahan's play has changed somewhat since gulutzan has been here. he's more involved in every zone now. backlund and gio other notably good players. i hope the puck starts going in for that third line. they dominated at times.

Spoiler!

Solid win. A pretty perfect road game overall. The Flames looked sharp and capitalized on their chances. Smith is amazing. Backlund very quietly PPG in his last 7. And Gaudreau and Monahan continue to pile up points and move up the scoring ladder.

Top quality broadcast from the Caps. If you have GC and want to watch again, I'd recommend their broadcast. Sweet camera angles, synced sound and some cool stats. And they were showing a ton of love for Gaudreau Monahan and Backlund all night, and the Flames in general.

I have to give credit to GG, he out coached his counterpart which doesn't always happen. All lines were clicking. The third line was dominant and a bit unlucky. The team building has really helped make this team tight. Life is good.

Saw of couple of patented Brodie spins. Great to see. Hamonic played well and Kulak looked great. Gio was Gio and especially great on the PK. I hope they can keep building on the backend.

Just a great team game overall. So much fun to watch!
