It’s happened a bit so far this year. He and Bennett have been a pairing, although he was just out there with Brouwer.
I laugh at people who think Monahan isn’t a 1st line centre. He’s developing into a top-end first line centre right before our eyes. (not pointed at you blood, just the group of people who think he’s nothing more than a trash man)

The funny thing about this game is how the PBP are so used to drooling over the "elite" players on the Caps that it's again routine to bring up, except things are different this season.
Because the Flames have as good if not better producers now. Don't think they're really looking up to those guys any more.
This team aside from clunkiness from that second D pairing and 4th line is rounding into form and they can skate with some of the best.
