November 14 with eight games.
It’s like they were playing against 4th and 5th string goalies or something.

Fleury and Subban have been skating and I believe Subban traveled with the Knights; their goaltending situation should improve soon.

Again, no lose situation. Vancouver won but are still below us, LA lost and are only 4 points ahead for the division lead and we have a game in hand.

It's like that one flames season where 6 or 7 goalies got injured and we signed Brathwaite.

What a weird night in that regard.
The net results are pretty good. But not even one schadenfreude game...

Who does the Habs games on TSN? I like the play by play guy and the colour guy.
Why are all the TSN crews so much better than Sportsnet? The TSN crew for the Leafs is 1000000x better than the Sportsnet crew.
|
John Bartlett is the PBP guy for the Habs, he called the Habs game for the past 3 seasons when they were on Sportsnet. Dave Poulin is the colour guy. All the TSN crews are better than SN? Don't think so, the Flames crew with Rick Ball and Kelly Hrudey and John Shorthouse PBP for the Canucks are very good. The Leafs and Senators on TSN have Gord Miller and Chris Cuthbert for PBP guys and they're good. For colour, Jamie McLellan (Noodles) is good and Ray Ferraro is not, he's awful. The Jets have Dennis Beyak PBP along with a few colour guys. They're all okay.

Yip, sounds about right for both Trump and the Oilers. And my mother.

Did you really expect a better result cheering for the Coyotes? I would have thought you would have become numb to losses by now.

But the good news is that despite the big win for this year's heir apparent Cup Champions they gained virtually no ground in the playoff hunt.
Prior to yesterday's game the Oilers were in 14th place in the WC, and five points out of the second wildcard spot. With their win last night they remain in 14th place and five points back.
