LA fans say that he's a black hole of zero effort this year.
Its a useless doofus for a useless doofus deal. The good news for non Oiler fans is he's sure to wave at opposing players heading to the Oilers net on his leisurely skate back to the bench.

Look at Cammi's stats for the last ten games. One game where he had points (vs leafs) and all of his points came in 3 games total. A player who is washed up at this point. LA gets rid of a player they don't need for a player who might help on PK.
I don't see this as a win for Oilers unless he gets 1st PP and makes up for Letesu's shortcomings. I don't see that as likely given he is a left handed shot vs RH for Letesu.
Meh. At this stage of Cammy's career he's really a non factor. I'd be way more choked if we reaquired him. This move surely reeks of desperation on the Oilers part lol. Welcome to Hell Cammy.
That one? Huh. I think it's probably either Jukka Jalonen or Erkka Westerlund who came up with that. (Two Finnish national team coaches.) That's not to say that Jokinen hasn't been teaching it around NHL.
I would suspect Jalonen rather than Westerlund, seems more his style. Excellent coach btw, someone I think could do well in the NHL.

He'll wow the gronkful with a few one timers on the PP, fed by you-know-who, but overall, he's small, doesn't produce, and certainly isn't the answer to their problems.
But, the Kings may actually have something semi-useful in JJ if they can get the stink off in time.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.
Why do I get the feeling Cammy butted heads with someone and fell victim to the most dreaded of threats made, “If you don’t smarten up I’ll trade you to EDMONTON!!!”
Went to see some Kings forums for commentary. Apparently Cammalleri had already pretty much lost his spot in the top 6 and Gaborik is expected to come back from injury soonish, so there's even less need for another skill forward. Apparently there was also some demand for a defensive forward.
Some puzzlement, some happy they didn't have to give up a pick to get rid of him
