Agree with that.

I just found a quote from Kevin Feige. It's pretty much what I thought, two distinct movies with the same elements:

Infinity guntlat/war comic book spoilers and speculation how that will fit in the movie. Don't read if unfamiliar with comic books and want to keep it that way.

Spoiler!

Holy hell was that ever good. After feeling like I've taken the MCU for granted for quite a while now (beyond the airport scrap in Civil War), this movie felt the most "Oh my god I can't believe what I'm seeing in the screen" feeling since the first Avengers five years ago.

I liked it. I had pretty lofty expectations. I thought the humor was well placed, but I don't think it was a non-stop laugh fest (I don't think it was supposed to be).

I was kind of hoping the final battle between Thor and Hela would be more apocalyptic. I mean, it's Ragnarok.

Overall it was fun. 8/10. I'd say 7.5 but Ruffalo as a spaced out Banner was pretty great.

-Loved that Ibris Elba as Heimdell got a bigger role

-And the director himself as the Rock alien

The humour was solid and on point. Was worried for an Marvel superhero movie it might be too much but the only obvious joke was Banner jumping from the ship, landing on the bridge and not turning into the Hulk yet.

Another huge win for the MCU. Hope these movies aren't overlooked come award season. Ten Best Picture nominations each year and Spiderman, Logan, Wonderwoman and Thor have been all high quality.
The third person in that was the 3rd Hemsworth brother too, he's better known in Australia and was also in Westworld

Was so funny and I thought I was watching some kind of Search for the Wilder people Marvel comic mix. Pretty well what it was with the same humor and then the action from the Thor series. Worked very well.
