There were a LOT of intense threads before the '04 run that really got people's blood boiling that really seems so small now.
Gilbert, Savard, Morgan,.........every little move back then turned into a massive thread or two and huge debates, especially the Savard/Gilbert era.

Yeah, cause of my 2400 posts, I'm sure at least 500 are about my labia.

I guess its not really a moment, but more of a thread.
The Polls we had to decide the top 25 Flames of all time. That was pretty cool.

Well, it's nice to see Oilfan #81 adding one of the worst moments in Calgary puck to this thread. Kudos.

Wasn't that from Faking the Cut part 1?
ChipOne was the culprit I believe.

The LONG time CP spent offline after getting hacked resulted in a crappy blog comment posting style page for about 15 minutes until the mods shut it down. You coudn't scroll up and a few of us kept mentioning a big trade that didn't happen causing mass confusion for people coming to the site.
Sorry Jiri but it was freaking hilarious.

Lol, one of the worst moments? Well my 48 pm's from posters so far in my message box and on msn regarding the comment would say otherwise. It's just an inside thing. I wasn't "attacking" firefly.

Why are you quoting attacking, I never used that word, not even close.
Am I supposed to be impressed by PM's and msn messages or something, I don't get it.

No you aren't supposed to be impressed. I was just showing you that you were incorrect in your original assumption.

Well, no. It's an opinion, right?
If you were to name your favourite moment, you wouldn't be incorrect just because I didn't like it as much as you.
So no, I'm not incorrect because Kris, Sandra, and Daniel Day Lewis Pm'ed you.

I'm surprised he hasn't been mentioned yet, but...
every post by shoestring is a new favourite moment for me. He's like Calgarypuck's own beat poet.
At first I thought his posts made no sense, but now I realize that it's everybody ELSE who makes no sense. shoestring is awesome.

I fully agree with that ... the first time I read shoestrings posts I thought he had been drinking and somehow stumble online and started posting. Since then I have realized the genius in his posts and he has become by far my favourite poster.
Many of the threads bring back great memories.. Snotboy was awesome (second time around, because I didn't know about the site when it was first posted). The piercing thread was awesome, I remember having to google what a christina piercing was.. should not have done that at work. Trying to help Flames Gimp figure out what to put on his sign for the Flames/Canucks game last season was a good one too.

During game five of the '04 series against Vancouver, I remember a lot of us making a commotion on the gamethread about a certain young lady in blue with certain attributes behind Vancouver's bench. Here's a reminder:
