I think that's the point though. When you're used to having steak, you don't want to eat spam.

The Flames look quite good tonight. Making it pretty easy for Smith for the most part.
Hopefully they can get a powerplay.

Has Leah done commentating? All she's has done was sportscasting though, right? Honest question.

If there's no steak, why not just have a pizza (cassie) instead of your own undies (Remenda).

I don't mind him either. Hnidy or Johnson either for a fact.
Garrett and Remenda are garbage.

Leah Hextall was great at her job. Seriously think she was one of the best talents on all Canadian networks.
She understood the game like no other and was always great to listen to.

I have no issue with how the Flames have played. I hope they're rewarded with a little more puck luck and better officiating

True, but Hextall was the best desk jockey Sportsnet had covering the Flames.
Honestly, I don't mind Cassie. She's well versed in hockey and all I figure she needs to do is simplify her commentary. But what does one expect with a (pretty much) rookie commentator. L

Let's hope that Pittsburgh trend keeps up next game.
They've lost 10-1, 5-4, 7-1, and 7-1 in the 2nd half of back-to-backs.

Not to take anything away from the Flames effort tonight but it does look like the caps are walking through this one and just want this roadie to end.

They keep saying back to back. They play the Flames on Thursday, no? I don't really think that's BTB.

I mean, sure, out of that group you listed, she's probably at the top, but that doesn't set the bar particularly high.
I don't hate her...I don't love her either. But I still respect her.

Haha, that was quick. How about Treliving? Should he still feel the heat?
Not trying to start a fight here, honestly curious.

I like Gary Galley as well, not many do but I like his calls. A little homerific at times with the eastern canadian teams but he also knows both teams on the ice well. He just losses himself at times in tangents splitting hairs.
Millen is another good color guy too.
