Flames vs Caps: looking to swap 2 tickets for 3 together?

So this is a bit of a long shot, probably, but...

I have 2 tickets in section 212 (row 19, seats 4 and 5) for tomorrow night's game vs the Caps. The problem is this: both my kids would like to go and we don't have a babysitter for Sunday, so what I actually need is three seats together, not two.

I'm sort of hoping I can either sell these (and then buy three together through TM) or swap these for three sitting together, and I will pay the difference in price for the third ticket. Face value for these is $154, and I will gladly entertain offers on either basis.
