Yeah very true. But end of the day we are taking penalties that is costing us goals.
I do think flames need to point out the incompetence of the refs and all the garbage calls they are getting. All you have to do is say it before and after each game

Bad idea. All that will get is a fine and more ire from them. Remember when the Flames asked the NHL to look into last year, nothing came of that and if anything it got worse. The officials will never be held accountable in the NHL.

So annoying, the Flames should be up 1-0. They are still in a good position though. Dallas will be getting tired so hopefully the Flames can score a couple quick ones and put this to bed.

I honestly don't enjoy watching this team any more. Seen this **** through the whole Brent Sutter era. Hartley managed to pull me back in but it's become a chore to watch again. Never Earned, Alwas Given To Terrible Vets.

I've stated in the past that I've heard from people in the league that the officials have a serious ego problem and they don't take well to direction. I think the Flames made it worse, and also by telling them that they aren't calling slashing appropriately, they started calling BS like that on Hamonic.

It's almost turning into the Gaudreau effect now. Isn't Johnny the biggest reason more slashes are called now? Didn't the Flames have a chat with the league after Johnny's finger got slashed?
If the Flames are going to argue for changes to Slash penalties you better lead by example
