They expanded the imported aisle at Superstore in Deerfoot meadows. Looking online they have the mayo but not the agar agar. But you might want to double check as it's only been up for a couple of weeks.

Thanks for the advice. I'm very picky about the desk that I want, so I ended up buying from a supplier directly (Bestar) and saved a few hundred compared to Staples.

DK what area of the city you are in but, I just had this done at FYI Doctors in Tuscany.

Realistically, any optometrist (or even optician) should be able to, but many don't like to, since the only reason you're doing so is to go buy frames and lenses online.
That's like when I ask for a printout of my script: "but wait! You can get contacts here too! Let me show you this printout that proves we're as cheap as Clearly Contacts! please give me money"

It's not hard to measure it yourself. I did, and haven't noticed any issue with my glasses. Most of the online order sites tell you how to do it.

You say its easy, but last time I measured my own PD it didn't end so well

If you have a copy of your old prescriptions, just check if it's on there.
I wanted to know the same thing and just asked about my old prescription at the optical store. When they pulled it up I saw it on the screen and burned it into my memory forever.
