Or he could play his same "system". The same line combos. Ensure all his favourites get their minutes in.

And then give a well spoken interview with lots of platitudes.

It really isn't life or death yet. People need to step off the ledge. Bad start to the game but that was perfect execution by the Preds. Flames have to get their confidence and swagger back and just need a couple bounces to go their way and then they'll start to roll. It's just not happening quite yet and this is part of breaking out of a slump.

They started off way worse the last handful of years and managed to get playoff births in two of them. So yeah.... let's not call for heads just 8 games in.

Havent read this thread as im pretty sure what it would contain.

The single biggest problem this team has though is they are way way overthinking the game instead of just playing and reacting.

It makes them look slow, which they may be, but not as slow as it appears.

It also causes a lot of the penalties. Realize they are in a position they shouldnt be? Here comes the stick to commit a foul of some kind.

GG has to get this group playing instead of thinking.

Like who? Brouwer? Bartkowski? Elliott? Chiasson? Versteeg? Who else was here last year that wasn't the year before? The only impact guy is Tkachuk. And Hartley had Hudler.
