Talk about the face off issues and point out what the Flames are doing wrong, maybe comment about the Gudbranson high stick, or you know anything related to the game we are actually watching.
In all honesty, this is pretty par for the course when it comes to TV coverage. Certain people like McJesus, or Sakic before him, dominated TV coverage, but its pretty normal to spend a lot of intermission talking about other games... frankly because the audience is assumed to have just watched the game.

I have to wonder if he's basking in the opportunity to show others that he is a top tier goaltender. Dog knows I would if I was him.

I see linesman do almost a fake drop a lot. That shouldn't cause a penalty.

A Flame dripped near the blue line, no call.

Yep that's for sure. CP's whipping boy Troy Brouwer been good on PK along with Gio and others.
Flames seems to be having problem adapting to the new stick rules and faceoff rules.

They spent half the segment talking about Hoffman's quick release. I somewhat understand McDavid.

Talbot just allowed a real stinker after McDavid turned it over, 4-0 Ottawa.
Talbot pulled!

Jagr moved up to the top line. I'm ok with it, I'm a Ferland fan, but hes not a top line winger.

Come on Brodie, gotta shoot that instead of trying to make the perfect pass. Team is so guilty of that.

This feels like a pre season game. Canucks are awful.
