Tkachuk has been great tonight, looks very dangerous. Let him get a couple shifts with the top line again, I liked that

It's a game thread. Things change every shift. He has looked bad this game. That assist doesn't change that.

What's the over under on how the SN panel spend more time talking about what's wrong the Canucks and the Greasers. Instead of the Flames winning 3-1.

That's why I used the word briefly my bros. At first NHL.com had him with an assist on the play, then they quickly fixed it.
The "looks so good" line was just about seeing Jagr in on a scoring play, albeit not correct.

This has been a game between a team trying to lose the game vs a team that isn't good enough to win a game even if it's handed to them
Both coaches are going to be disappointed after this one

The blink was totally deserved. Because the response was typical.

Well you seem to have no interest in having a discussion but would rather be condescending. Nevermind then.

They have spent half the game in the penalty box and their best players hardly even on the ice. They look dumb and lazy at times. They get a couple of half chances and in it goes. Go figure!

Soooooo, can we all at least agree that the Mike Smith acquisition is looking stellar so far?

Tkachuk has quickly become my favourite Flame. He brings something to this team we so desperately needed.
My favourite part is he must be EXACTLY what the Canucks thought they were getting when they drafted Virtanen.

I love watching the Oilers suck, Flames should be winning this game no questions asked.

Yeah my Yahoo! Fantasy Pool was hoping it was true. I have Jagr in it!

Credit where it's due though, Brouwer's had a really nice game imo. Not making terrible mistakes, was really useful on the penalty kill earlier, plus an assist.

LOL. You said he never did something. I showed when he did. I since showed other examples. Your response was that those examples don't count for some reason. Just silly.

Talbot struggling to start the season. Oilers better pray that he finds his game soon, or they're gonna have a very rough year.

I think we need to airlift some Snickers here, a lot of people are not themselves.

Just went back and watched a replay of Monahan's goal -- Gaudreau passed it back to Hamilton who shot it off of Monahan and in. I'd imagine a Gaudreau assist will be added soon.
