I have been waiting for Bennett to be that big difference maker for a while now, and in that time Tkachuk has come in and done a better job of what I think Bennett's game should be about. It's hard not to be impatient with Sam, but he has to start showing something at some point.
I don't think Bennett would fetch us much right now. I can't see teams giving
Much for a guy who has proven nothing going on his 4th year in the league. Two years ago maybe, not now unless he turns it around.

Know when Bennett made an impact and everyone was SUPER excited for him to hit his stride? playing wing. yeah. Yet all the talk has to be about ONLY keeping Bennett at center. when do you let the kid off the chain and finally go back to where he had the best success?

Still cannot fathom why this coaching staff refuses to adapt. Some pretty minor tweaks could solve a lot of this teams woes. As for the undisciplined play, that's another story.

But he's preventing scoring chances! Seems to be the expert on preventing scoring chances with taking penalties.

Umm... Wasn't Dorset also fighting someone else's battle?

He gets to go to the aid of his player but glass can't? Right.

I was hoping the interviewer was going to say "just like Hamhuis had to fight your battle with Engellend"

Both penalties looked like pretty sore goals. What would your comment be if he didn’t take the guy and they scored. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t.

So he's yapping at Glass and saying Hamilton won't fight his own battles, but Stetcher won't either? Makes sense.
