I'd like to see a better angle. Is there one available? I saw them reverse it then changed the channel. The one I saw on TV wasn't showing the glove at all.
It probably should have stayed with the original call, and I actually thought Maddon was mostly challenging to buy Davis time, but should never have even given a chance for an overturn. Sloppy base running at the worst time.

Depending which data you look at (some lists have Dallas larger than Houston) the 4 biggest markets in the USA are in the final four. Coincidence, or something we should expect more of in the future?

I'd say at least partly coincidence. Houston may be a big market, but is around average in terms of revenue.
Of the 4 teams, only the Dodgers stand out as buying their way to where they are. The 3 other teams are enjoying the success of smart re-builds. Even the Yankees are where they are with homegrown youth. Of course they have more financial leeway to live with some financial mistakes and take on some over-priced pieces.
The payroll of the 4 teams are ranked 1,2,8,18.

Wow. Pettis as the Astros third base coach has made some big mistakes all season long, sending guys who did not have a chance. He did it again, but caught a break this time.
But then again, WTF wasn't Altuve running on a 3-2 count. I know you don't want a strike him out, throw him out but that was weirdly conservative. If he's running he would score without the botch.
