Pickard and one of LV's dmen like McNabb or Schmidt for Lack, Hathaway and a half decent prospect would shore the Flames up and round out the roster pretty nicely.
Vegas is in really rough shape on the right side up front, they only have 2 NHL level guys, though they could have had Hathaway for nothing yesterday.

One way or two way, it doesn't much matter to us Flames' fans as it is league minimum anyways.
He deserved the contract, and Ferland deserves to play more minutes rather than having to take that role himself. Hathaway wouldn't be able to do it. The season opener will be interesting.

The fact that Glass was willing to throw his weight around is more than enough to earn him a contract on this team. Hopefully it is infectious. The minute he stops doing it is the minute you book him a flight to Stockton.

I think that's unlikely to happen.
Plus, I don't think we want to get into that type of thing. Our skilled forward is significantly more fragile than McDavid IMO.

is he? only significant time I remember him missing is from 21 slashes, which I'm pretty sure McD isn't invulnerable to. the guy up north on the other hand lost half a season with a popped collarbone.

Glatt was probably the best penalty killer all preseason and I didn’t notice him out of place. I have a few other players that I am way more scared about being out there against mcdavid.
