Speculation: Sbisa? LD, fills a hole so Bart isnt playing to a team that could use a forward upgrade?

The Flames are going to sell enough Jagr jerseys this week to cover any retained salary we might have on Brouwer.

Since Brouwer is from Vancouver, the OP source would also possibly have info from family connections.

I don't find a trade as impossible to believe lots of people might. The guy has had only one full season under 33 points. He's scored over 20 goals and over 40 points in 3 seasons, plus 19/33 in 47 games in the lockout season. Lots of teams think they can do better with Player X.

But Brouwer would have to waive for the team... if he waived for Vegas that is just confusing from his perspective

St. Louis with their injuries and the history with the player makes perfect sense.

Mother of god...can we set up a temple at Treliving's house?

BTW, Rick Dhaliwal is legit with anything Vancouver-related and Brouwer did grow up in Vancouver.

This would be the cherry on top of a great day but it’s probably going to come with a cost of a prospect going with him or a bad contract coming back.
