I just hope Janko sticks with the big club from the get go.

Would be very upset if he get sent down over this. Don't think he will, just saying I really think he's done enough to stick.

In Colorado because Joe Sakic sucks at his job.

If he signs I'm buying a retro Jagr jersey. I don't care if they wear it this season or not.

Got the update from The Score right before I was set to draft my 16th and final player in my draft tonight. Of course I had to take Jagr, it's like it was a sign from God.

Any chance Fanattic can get these done in short order? A quality job I mean.
If they would have a bunch already made up for purchase...

I cant think of a better player for Jankowski to learn how to effectively use his size and reach from than Jagr. It would be stupid to send Janko down if they signed Jagr.

I wasn't one of those people that was intrigued with him becoming a Flame and was hoping for another aging veteran if they were going down that road but I'm not opposed to it either.

Kudos to Tree if this gets done. I especially like the timing. Yes - probably would have helped to have had him play a couple games in pre-season...but this way we can all agree that he completely exhausted all other options.
We saw Foo. We saw Poirier. Lazar hasn't been great. Hathaway is and Glass are vying for different roles and are ho-hum. Freddie has not developed into a game breaker and Shinkaruk / Klimchuck are still AHLers.
I didn't want the signing of Jagr to deny a kid a chance. They got their chances - Jagr is better so let the chips fall where they may!
