Not sure how the back referee makes that call on Valimaki when the ref looking right at it let it go.

I was thinking the game was at 7...

How have we looked? I just tuned in to see Valimaki's penalty.

Lipon or whatever should get an even up penalty there for trying to kick out Valimaki legs after whistle

Schieffle did not pull that draw back. Jankowski shot it forward.

Pretty good, then terrible, then great.

We got hemmed in constantly for a couple minutes straight leading to both goals against. Monahan with a nice pass reception to go in on a breakaway and score, then Tkachuk with a hard shot down the LW scored to tie it.

Lomberg drops the guy with a bomb, then picks him back up so he can keep throwing them.

Love the kid.

Wotherspoon should be cut and sent back after the first period. He's done.

Just saw the replay of Monny's goal, shot it like he was saying to himself:

"Well now that I'm here, I guess I'll just kinda chip it in the net..."

Flames outplayed for majority of the period which is to be expected looking at the lineups, but the few Flames roster locks have scores to make it 2-2... Valimaki has not looked good this period.

Jankowski, Tkachuk, Monahan, Foo have looked good.

Hope chucky shoots more this year. Feel like he could've had significantly more than 13 goal last year if he ripped them like he can.

Pretty much exactly how I would have described it. Flames had a pretty good first five minutes, probably carrying the play overall. Then a fourth line shift by the Jets hemmed us in and swung the momentum. 2 PP goals later and we are not looking great, but then Mony takes a pass that was behind, makes a nice move to kick it up to himself and scores on the breakaway, followed relatively shortly thereafter by a nice Chuckles shot to tie it.

Lack has actually looked pretty good and didn’t have much chance on the two PP goals that beat him.

Wotherspoon has not looked great so far.
