Rocket Richard's points total rises to 966

The scoresheet that night, in handwriting akin to hen scratching, correctly had Richard with the lone assist. But when it was transcribed into the league's official ledger, it was given to Emile (Butch) Bouchard — an understandable mistake.

Was also my first thought. There's now a record for most posthumous NHL points. Wherever he may be, Nathan Smith is thinking, "I played 26 NHL games over five years and didn't score a point, while Rocket is still scoring them he's dead". Humbling.
