The sheer amount of penalties this pre season is allowing no flow. The game has ground to a halt. Like the last 5 minutes of an NBA or NFL game.

I think this is the first one I can remember where it got through and resulted in a goal.
I'd say its very effective and was a big reason our PK took off last year.

If this garbage is what NHL hockey is going to be this season I don't think I have much interest in watching it. The zebras seem to think the people are paying to see them call penalties.

Hopefully just ironing out the officiating kinks. But yeah, hard to watch.

The Oilers scored a couple of goals on us in the first preseason game in the slot with our defenders helplessly laying in the crease.
