Two cities with a lot of Chinese living there so they have name recognition.
"Oh, my brother lives in Vancouver and their hockey team is having a game here? I'll check it out!"
Most people watching will have never seen high quality hockey so any NHL team will be a huge improvement.

Yeah don't get me wrong I love the potential in Kylington. I just don't see him as ready.
