I tried to update my location in my profile and got an error message when I hit Save - "A required field called Agreement is missing or has an invalid value."
Interesting, those are new fields added a while back for new registrations, I didn't think they'd be required to update existing fields, but I guess they are. I'll have to do some testing to try and figure out how to fix that.

I can't see a way to make the fields not required for already registered users. I'll have to do something on the database side to pre-fill in the fields for registered users.
So for the time being you can fill in the required fields with "N/A".
