Didn't we have this problem back in 2009? Too many quality D, not enough spots? I seem to remember that we ended up acquiring and then getting rid of some no-name during the off-season... Stralman I think was his name?

You can feel however you want...but I wont lose any sleep over it because it doesn't matter...20 something year old millionaire put his foot in his mouth on twitter and it will be forgotten overnight.
he didn't embarrass himself in front of the "entire hockey world" 99% of people will never hear about it. Its July 1 FFS its already lost in the news cycle.

Disheartening for the guy I think is the word that best describes it. He was a total pro, publicly thanked his old club and then publicly mentioned his excitement for his new team/home only to have that shot down shortly thereafter.
