Is alphabetical by first name the best way to list them?
I like the sorting by position but in the poll it would be easier to find players if it's position than alphabetical by last name

At this point, I'd remove Rafikov entirely. If he ever decides he wants to come to North America, then he can be added at that point. Right now, there's no evidence he's ever coming over.

Personally, I would like to see more info in the poll, not less. First and last name, position, last year's league and G A PTS PIM would be nice.
