I think they're gone. Read somewhere that they aren't a part of the Adidas template.
Probably the main reason we heard the Flames and Senators were updating. Only going to change what they're forced to it seems.

The only good thing on that alternative jersey was that shoulder logo - it's very very good and should be kept. But wow that Calgary script and the western style shoulders? Barf.

One more sleep for me until the big jersey reveal. My expectations are at an all time low and I am now expecting to see a pedestal, a horse head tramp stamp, and flags representing the nationalities of every player.

Disappointed to see the flags are still there.
Just please please Flames, keep it simple. If you're not going to do the right thing by removing the flags, please keep the rest of it clean. Give us something to look forward to. Less is more!

No need to bring politics into the thread. There is already enough whining and complaining about the Flames laundry to last us to Christmas. 
By far the worst part of our jerseys for the last 10 years is not the use of flags, but the vertical striping, piping and the awkward yellow/white hemline. if those have been removed, I'll buy a new Flames jersey. If not, I probably won't. That said, I'm preparing for disappointment and a complete CP meltdown later today.

When is the big "reveal"? I expected it by now. NHL.com has no mention of new uniforms whatsoever (or at least within the first 20 headlines), which seems odd.

Yeah, nothing new. It is the nhl head office and addidas that is making it a big deal and for the majority of the clubs today is a regular day. Maybe a lost opportunity or most of the teams didn't feel it necessary to make changes for the sake of changing because of a new supplier.
