Vegas looks like they just posted a black and white photo...
I assume that's full colour. Grey will be an interesting change of pace. At least it's not another black jersey.

Wow if that is the Oiler's new jersey they somehow found a way to make those ugly things look even worse. The shoulders look bad, the skinny stripes are weird and the white collar looks odd.
