You know, it's funny. After the 2nd game I saw people openly questioning "why bother watching the rest of this series? There's no point. Pittsburgh is easily going to win this."
Home ice can do a lot for a team. Plenty it seems for Nashville.
I think this one ends in 6 for the Preds. They were the better team for most of games 1 and 2 and had some bad luck and shoddy goaltending. If Rinne can play adequately on the road, I don't see how they don't win this series.

Two games in the next six nights is so silly. Hard to sustain any momentum with so few games over a week's time. Helps the Penguins a lot as they look like a tired team.

well, nashville played pittsburgh on sat already...
i think all the other rounds were 2 day turnarounds...
not a fan of such a long layoff... i think it helps Pittsburgh more as well

On the local sports station a guy bet Pinder that the Pens would sweep. The wager was if it happened, he would get to come in and spend the morning show on air with the guys.
If it didnt, he had to eat an entire canned ham including the gelatenous goo and water within.
This morning the guy drove into town from Lethbridge, sat down in studio and housed a pound and a half of what sounded like a litre of demi-meat/salt lick that had spent a couple months drowning in sea water.
It was both hilarious and glorious.
