Kabul, Afghanistan (CNN)A huge explosion hit near foreign embassies in Kabul on Wednesday morning, leaving at least 67 people injured, Afghan officials said.

Large truck bomb set off by a suicide bomber, death toll expected to be over 100 and injured around 300.

Try harder. And how do you propose to "end the pain"?

I have a really good friend in Kabul, I'm pretty worried.

Edit: she just checked in on Facebook, she's okay.

Dumbist? Iman? Honestly, if you're going to disparage a religion and its people, at least get the spelling right while you're doing it.

Hate and ignorance are not such strange bedfellows.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the poor spelling of someone like snuf.

Ya, it is sad to turn on the news or even look in this forum sometimes with all the deaths, bombings, shootings, you name it.

This is terrifying. I am very happy that I am a Canadian and I live here. We live in a fairly safe country compared to the rest of the western world IMO. I honestly wouldn't want to be in Europe or the US right now.

Has anyone claimed responsibility for this yet?

Hey! Keep us out of this! We enjoy living our lives peacefully. All while telling everyone else their ideas and beliefs on religion are wrong

Well, 80 innocent people were murdered by Islamic radicals, and here we are, beating on the red-headed stepchild. Good work, CP.

Rediculous. 29 Attacks in 6 days with 345 dead. This #### needs to stop. Cutting funding from Saudi Arabia to mosques as well as a ban on Saudi clerics preaching outside of Medina would be a huge step in fighting this fundamentalism.

Absolutely. So long as the US (and other countries) remain politically friendly with the Saudis, then it's hard to argue their stance is anything but "light" on terrorism.

And it's really made every statement from Trump, to Obama, and beyond about how "terrible" each attack is ring hollow. If they're that bad, make the hard decisions, otherwise quit pretending that terrorist attacks aren't an acceptable result of doing business with Saudi Arabia.

Hard to say no to all those military contracts. And of course that wonderful black gold that flows like water there.

The best decision is to let the Saudi's be overthrown so the people who take over can be in charge of all the money that comes from that oil.

Because surely they'll be a moderating force on that country.
