trump told the Russians that he fired "nut job" Comey and it helped relieve pressure off him from the Russian investigation. Unreal.

He won't last to the 2nd term for sure and if he does, which I sort of hope so, it will clear a wide path for a Democrat like Sanders or Uncle Joe

They'll both be pushing 80 in 2020. Biden should have run last year but the stupid DNC hitched their horse to the Hillary wagon and refused to budge. He came out today and had harsh words for her.

Comey has agreed to testify in public

One has to wonder if the 'total nut job' comments had anything to do with that

He's right, but it seems like a thing that really doesn't need to be said.

I think if Biden wanted to run the DNC could have backed him easily. He makes mistakes but he's one of the few politicians that honestly just wants to help people and dedicated his life to it. I think he regrets not running because of the outcome but I understand his choice he made at the time.

Yeah it wasn't a choice of Hillary over Joe since Biden never committed. He hummed and hawed for a long time then finally decided not to.

My girlfriend refuses to go to the states while Trump is in office, I've just picked up tickets for Southern Culture on the Skids for Nov 2nd in Washington State (excellent band live by the way) think there's a fair chance we can go by then.

Biden didn't want to run after the death of his son.

Well also his son died. That would take the winds out of the sails of almost any self-motivated person, and it happened at a time he would have needed that energy to campaign.

Comey set to testify in front of the Senate committee on May 29th, 2017. Scope of the Justice Department Special Counsel criminal investigation will now be expanded to include the cover-up

Quote:
Former FBI Director James Comey will get to tell his side of the story behind his abrupt firing — agreeing to testify in a public session at the Senate Intelligence Committee.

The hearing will occur after Memorial Day, committee leaders said on Friday evening.
Quote:
Investigators into Russian meddling in the U.S. presidential elections are now authorized to probe whether White House officials have engaged in a cover-up, according to members of Congress who were briefed Friday by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

A Justice Department official, who asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the topic, confirmed that Rosenstein told members of the House of Representatives that the special counsel in charge of the probe, former FBI Director Robert Mueller, “has been given the authority to investigate the possibility of a cover-up.”

But he denied that Rosenstein had told Congress such a probe was underway, noting that Rosenstein had declined to provide details of what is being explored. Where the investigation goes would be up to Mueller, the Justice Department official said.

Even as members of Congress were mulling the possible expansion of the case into a cover-up probe, and its reclassification from counterintelligence to criminal, the scandal appeared to grow.

For sure, I should have clarified that's why he was debating running. Don't blame him for his decision at all.

You should text her a photo of yourself.

Up to you how much clothing you want to wear in the photo.

The president was an outspoken critic of Obama's travel, routinely slamming his predecessor on Twitter for his holiday trips home to Hawaii.

"The habitual vacationer, @BarackObama, is now in Hawaii. This vacation is costing taxpayers $4 milion +++ while there is 20% unemployment," Trump tweeted in 2011 with an incorrect unemployment figure.

Trump later tweeted: "President @BarackObama's vacation is costing taxpayers millions of dollars——Unbelievable!"

I love how the GOP Hypocrites suddenly don't think this is an issue anymore...

SIAP - speaking of despicable

Matt Taibbi had an article out the other day on the passing of Roger Ailes

"Ailes has no one but his fast-stiffening self to blame for this treatment. He is on the short list of people most responsible for modern America's vicious and bloodthirsty character.

We are a hate-filled, paranoid, untrusting, book-dumb and bilious people whose chief source of recreation is slinging insults and threats at each other online, and we're that way in large part because of the hyper-divisive media environment he discovered"

took a page right of the BBC documentary, "The Power of Nightmares", preying on peoples' fears and ugliest emotions... Really damning stuff that traces the growth of radical Islam and its mirror image of the American extreme right wing.

You say that, but it's based on nothing. Kushner could be Goebbels reborn for all we've ever heard him say
