Fanattic sent an email blast to game worn jersey purchasers from this year a week or so back to tell us they are making a third set of home reds for playoffs (some years they just wear one of the two primary sets they wear during the season in playoffs).
So would assume Flames are wearing their home reds as per usual.

Out of the current playoff teams, yes, Anaheim's threads are probably the worst. I don't think the Flames are much better though, if at all. At least the Ducks brought back the 'Mighty' Duck wild wing logo again on their alternates. Their alternates aren't too bad, the eggplant colour destroys the orange though. I just don't know why the Flames won't give the fans what they want. It seems that majority want to go retro full time.

Between their resistance to retro jerseys, the whole experiment with the now-retired thirds and then CalgaryNEXT, it's almost like...they're not quite sure what they're doing?

Swap out the crest and this is perfect. Pays homage to the original, upholds tradition to classic NHL uniforms. Atlanta Flames swapped out the black for red from the Boston Bruins template.Give Ferris State some money. I like these.This is an awesome jersey.

I assume that should have read gold. So I did the logo with a gold C a few ways, a couple with black and a couple without. Also like the original Atlanta Flames jerseys, it is basically a Bruins jersey with the stripes just likely apart, so I think a few more tweaks would need to be made, perhaps rounded shoulder yolks with the white border going all the way around.
top left and bottom right are my favorites of the 4.

The rumor is that everyone's home Adidas jersey will be unveiled at the draft. Not really a lot of news (so far) regarding makeovers, but the switch won't be as dramatic as when Reebok Edge jerseys were introduced in 2007. Like in 2007, however, all third jerseys will be dropped for at least next year.
With regard to the Flames, as of a couple months ago, I did hear there was a new design in the works for the Adidas brand. Hopefully that's still the plan!

I'd say bottom right if the jersey has black trim. Bottom left if it doesn't.
