I fully admit to the pick. Not the consumption. I've never been that hungry.

How many renditions of players & coaches have the Flames gone through in Anaheim in the last ten years, yet the curse is constant? Some things transcend logic.

True. There is a Rangers fan in our league who goes by the handle NYIHater4Life.

I doubt it happens but I would love for a team like the Habs to put a huge offer sheet in front of Draisaitl. With a Price extension those 4 number 1 picks should be outside of the top 10
Funny you talk of Montreal. Lots of the guys at TSN radio in Montreal are pushing the narrative that Bergevin HAS to offer sheet Draisaitl if he's not signed by then.
It was Draisaitl who the Habs asked for in a deal for Subban, and the Oil wouldn't do it.

McKenna on the radio there also said to not expect offer sheets from Montreal, so there is that. Bergevin isn't the guy to upset the roost and all that.

The Habs are the team that it makes so much sense to do it. They desperately need to add a top centre preferably with size. With Price signed long term (sounds like both sides want an extension) giving up 4 1sts for a 21 year old with the season Leon has had makes sense.

Possibly but Bergevin is likely as close to the hot seat as he has ever been in Montreal. Might cause him to make a move he normally wouldn't?

Do the Ducks maybe match Kesler against Draisaitl's line in game 7? Have Getzlaf go up against McDavid?

Nope, I reckon he can't reproduce that type of game.

considering his stats against the ducks this season, you shouldn't entirely discount it.
while you may not think he can get another 5 point game, there is nothing to indicate he can't get a multi point game. he's been a duck killer.

If I were the Ducks I would be more worried about my effort and goal tending...some of those points were absolute gifts
