I know we're supposed to be anti Oilers but it does seem like the ducks get all the calls (extending all the way back to our series). I don't believe there's a conspiracy but they are extremely lucky. Not one has gone against them. Not one!
The high stick goal was called back, so at least Edmonton had that in their back pocket.
I think everyone agrees that Talbot was the only reason the Oilers won games 1 and 2 but he's breaking down.
I think everyone believes Talbot is the only reason the Oilers are doing anything... but the point is it looks like that's no longer cutting it as the master-plan.

He's got them to within two coin flips of winning a series in which they've been completely outmatched.
I'll believe Talbot's falling apart when he actually loses his team a game.

I understand the frustration of behalf or the Oilers fans but really allowing 2 goals in the last 3 minutes of the game with the goalie pulled is unacceptable. The bad call was just icing on the cake.
That was the right call. I know cause I hate the oilers.

Yes they did, the Vermette/Ritchie high stick deflection goal wasn't given to them after review.

Ducks are showing why you need a properly built roster. The Flames didn't have goaltending and couldn't even muster up a single win. The Oilers don't have experience and they're letting this series slip from them. And they don't normally sign big name free agents. Look at how many players on this team was drafted by them:
As much as I hate the Ducks, the thing that impresses me most about them is there defence.
Montour, Theodore and Manson have all really impressed me. They can all lug the puck up and skate. I'm not sure about the Ducks and the expansion draft or if these guys are eligible but to see any of these 3 in a Flame uniform would be awesome, highly doubt it though.
Then you have Fowler, Lindholm and Vatenen. They literally have 6 D who are all great skaters and can create offensively.
To take a lead in the second round of the playoffs?
Might want to hold off touting them as a shining example until they actually go all the way.
They won a cup ten years ago but that has little to do with this roster outside their top two players.
This current roster and the incarnations resembling it haven't been a shining example of post season success in the last few years.
Well the Flames could've even get a single win from them? So if you're going to respect your own team you definitely got to respect the roster that spanked them

Spanked them? Little bit of a stretch don't you think? First 3 games in the series were one goal games.

It's posts like this that really lend credence to those who wonder about you being a troll.
In your last post your were anointing the Ducks as an example of how to build a roster for being up 3 games to 2 in Round 2 of the playoffs.
I point out that's overzealous and you turn to talking about how they just need to be respected.
I really don't think you even know what you're talking about.
