The oilers are so fortunate Talbot stood on his head in Game 1 & 2 are this would be a close out game for the Ducks.

Sorry, I'm not sure what point you were making and jumped to the conclusion you were disagreeing with me.
Contact was incidental and therefore goal allowed by the rule you quoted, but more importantly by how they have called the game in recent years, which often is not what's in the rulebook.
