You don't have to.
See any of the quotes from the Broncos charges post-game?

I think Peyton Manning has figured out that fine line between putting up great stats and going out and winning football games. He just keeps getting better every year and eventually he will win the big game and silence his critics. He's like Toyota, always looking to get better!

Thanks Dis, was late last night really didn't get to read many of the posts. Anywhoo, props to the Broncos, that was one hell of a game. And for at least a week the Plummer talk can be quieted.

It's a great day to be Colts fan! I just hope they can keep it up. Losing to the Steelers last year in the fashion we did (yes I said we ok? Haha) left a bitter taste in my mouth. I still think we need to improve the rush defense though because it's seemed pretty weak in that category. Manning-Wayne had monster games yesterday! Keep it up boys!!!!!!!!!! 7-0!

Plummer was quite good yesterday, I was happy.
Wonder what would've happened if Javon catches up to that first deep ball. I've been very impressed with him. That trade was an absolute steal for the Broncos and I can't believe nobody else would give Green Bay more than we did.
Maybe this is the Colts year? Lord knows they are due.

Bye bye Drew!!!!

What's nice is Romo makes up for that offensive line sitting in front of him by being ready to escape on a second's notice. His ability to quickly get rid of the ball is just what the team needs. Actually the o-line opened some decent holes and played better than the pathetic effort they have shown so far this season.
I'm encouraged because it was crap that the team has such good offensive players and can't get the ball into their hands. Now at least they have somebody who fires the ball. He is still going to make some crackerjack plays and threw a couple of very questionable throws but hey I like it a whole lot better than a guy just sitting there holding the ball till he gets cranked. LONG LIVE ROMO!!!!

Game of the Week Next Week
7-0 Chicago vs 1-6 Miami
I'm the biggest Dolphins fan in cowtown, I got my dolphins license plates and my car flag. That being said take the 13 1/2 points + the Bears win in a blow out.
We got no chance
Here's to the Thanksgiving day classic Miami @ Detroit, in a battle for the first overall pick.

Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss:
Are the Pats a Superbowl contender again? I thought they were too one-dimensional on offence (running) but last night they had 4 TD passes vs. a decent defence.
Can the Pats beat Indy this week?

Indy has the worst running D in the league, but picking up McFarlane seems to be helping. Pats pass D is only ranked around 25th in the league, so Peyton should be able to move the chains.
The D that creates the most turnovers will win. I'm picking NE, just because if there is one team that knows how to stop the Manning Express, it is NE.

Brady has been playing like a guy with something to prove since the loss to Denver. He's ****ed off that they didn't sign some receivers with all the cap room they have left. He's also a very scary guy to play against when he's angry. I like the Pat's chances, but I'm also a tad biased as I've been a fan for better than 20 years. What's the weather forecast? Peyton has trouble when it's colder.

The Colts just aren't set up for those cold, sometimes snow filled games. When the weather's like that, pounding the ball on the ground and defense is usually going to come out on top. That's why home field is some important for Indy. Anyways, should be a hell of a game between the two teams. In my mind outside of Reggie Bush, the two best rookie RB's in the league go toe to toe. Somehow Joseph Addai has quitley become the leading rookie rusher with nobody really talking about him.

Amen my friend. Much nicer to have Vinateri kicking the fg's over mr. loud mouth idiot too. Mcfarland really has helped the run defense, and for the first half the Colts did a good job at actually shutting the broncos running game down. Some help is on the way though, Sanders is set to return this weekend and having a pro browl safety back in your lineup can do nothing but good things.

I think that's because there aren't any rookie running backs starting in the league. Last year there were an unbelievably high number.
I'm not sold on Maroney. He's got big play ability, but he sure has trouble running inside. Lots of very, very short gains.
Addai is more of an athlete than Maroney too. Addai is a very good pass catcher.
Mike Bell is going to make some noise down the road too.

Well I was wary about putting too many points on the Bears to beat the Dolphins today. Theres the 72 Dolphins want everyone to lose factor coming into play here. I remember being 9 years old and watching Marino shred that 85 Bears defence to hand them their only loss of the season. Today it's Jason Taylor taking it to the Bears.
Larry Johnson is awesome, and the Chiefs are off to a nice start vs. the Rams. Hopefully Brian Waters injury isn't as bad as it looked as that line was starting to come together and Johnson has been dominating lately. The Chiefs will need to give the Rams a healthy dose of Johnson in the second half here as the Rams are starting to move the ball these last couple possessions. I think the Chiefs might need to put up 41 points to win this game.

Damn Saints have let the Bucs back in the game after scoring the first 17, I don't have a good feeling about the second half. Would like to see the Lions not puke that lead over the Falcons up.

OMG
I think the Cowboys just said bye-bye to their season. What an ending!
Can't blame Vandergagt, but wow - the 15 yard facemask was the difference.

good grief, what a way to lose a football game, talk about a punch to the gut. I am surprised Parcells physically survived that. Saints had a stellar second half and the Falcons choked against the Lions, good day!
