Is there some alternate reality we can switch to where this isn't happening? Cause this is just the f'n worst. It really is.

Nope. Said I liked the Sharks. Also said the west looks wide open which would be true no matter who won this series. Sadly now looks open for the Oilers.

Wow, I really want both teams to lose. They both suck, so I hope the Ducks destroy the Oilers physically and in the scoreboard. Blah.

Go Ducks Go! Let's see another sweep. The comforting thing is that one of my two most hated teams will be eliminated. Lesser of the 2 evils would be the ducks lol

I will cheer for all the Ducks players minus those ex-Canucks. I won't root against them but I can't cheer for Kesler or Bieksa without needing a shower.

Who cares man, they aren't going to win the cup, not a chance in hell. The Sharks are a team on the decline for the past couple of months, let's not pretend like they just beat some juggernaut.

I'm with you, it's painful but keep in mind it's taken them ten years and four first overalls, I repeat FOUR and they finally struck gold on a can't miss generational talent for them to get back to and now win a playoff series. Their fans don't deserve this at all, especially after the verbal diarrhea they've been spewing for the past decade.

Pretty sure more than half the league would've beat the Sharks, just as more than half the league would've beat the Canucks in 2015.

Ducks are gonna tea bag them in a short series and Edmonton will learn the true meaning of hatred just as we did.

I was pulling for SJ but this win certainly doesn't make the Oilers a cup favorite. SJ was the worst playoff team for the last two months and the Oil needed quite a few breaks to beat them. They were pretty lucky tonight IMO

For the greater good, I think it's time to set old grudges aside. Here's hoping Kesler shuts McDavid down and drives him crazy.

Then we can go back to hating him and the whole lot of them.

I do hope you're right and that Oilers suffer a similar fate. Ducks might be a better team than they were then but their defense...

Oilers have much stronger goaltending than Flames did in 2015 so they can win a game even if they're outplayed.

There is one good thing about the Oilers advancing to the second round. Oh wait. No, there isn't. My bad.
