Is Gg capable of shortening the bench? Can't recall a time it happened without injury.

Versteeg has impressed the hell out of me too, wouldn't mind re-signing him.

Does he ever shorten the bench? I'm sure we will see the third pairing out there all the time again.

I was using that as an example...

"If the Flames beat the Ducks, I'll buy a t-shirt of the guy who scores the winner, even if it's Bart"

Doesn't change the fact that he isn't very good

Agreed. Gulutzan made the right call. Start the goalie who's been playing, who needs to redeem himself, but give him a stupid short leash. The right play.

Sportsnet can tell us that there's 1.9ft between McAvoy's and Ryan's skates, but when it comes to a high sticking goal, it's inconclusive?

Johnny has been buzzing around decently this series, but it's time to show up. Get one this period. Go Flames Go.

Yeah if there's one thing I'm NOT concerned with after these playoffs, it's the Flames' centre depth. Monahan, Bennett, and Backlund have all been very good. Stajan's been... fine.

It's the left wingers we need to worry about. One (Versteeg) has shown up in the playoffs so far.

Now it's time to see if the Flames can get to the next level and score two and close a victory.
