But you just can't help feeling a deep sense of dread with how this game has turned out so far. Un-f---ing real.

When that kind of thing takes the wind out of the team, you need a goalie to make those big saves that keep the team into the game and gives them confidence, Kipper did this all the time.

That's what you do when your goalie can't stop a beach ball and is more worried about whining about getting bumped than catching the puck.

Elliott is a joke of #1 goalie. Should have traded for Bishop or MAF at deadline for insurance. Cost us last game two

Elliot's got to rebound.

Flames need to play with the confidence they have shown all year long in the extra frame.

Everything was fine until the high stick goal. I guess a super duper experienced team could shake it off, but everyone in the rink saw the replay on that.

Elliott lives in his own head. Dude loses his composure after every goal, and it's the reason why his play spirals downwards quickly.

For what it's worth NHL says they confirmed it was not a high stick.

Well we could discuss a blatant high sick ignored against the flames....or we could watch Chicago!

I would settle for an average save. Like catching a wrist shot from the blue line instead of complaining to the refs.
