4-0 Ducks, Bieksa with the hat trick and Gibson adds one.

This is where the Flames start taking over. First game they were out of sorts. Second game they were coming strong. Third game - this is where they pass the Ducks and don't look back.

Those rookie D are going to start getting exposed. Now that Gulutzan has the last change, it will help somewhat. I can't but think that the Flames should be targeting Lindholm the most - just have the forecheckers finish off every check against him. Nothing dirty, but everyone knows he isn't playing at 100%.

Flames just need to continue skating hard and simply finishing checks, and drive the net hard. Ducks want to play all along the boards and want to throw the players off with their dirtiness. Flames just need to play within the rules, but skate hard and be physical.

I see a series where the Ducks aren't keeping up with the Flames' speed as much. I see the Flames being caught up with too many holds and picks, and then trying to do the same back. Gulutzan was wrong in the press conference. The standard did not change at all during the game (or the series). The standard is always allowing the Ducks to get away with what they do, but call the other team when they do it.

Just concentrate on skating, finish every check, and attack the net more. You can't keep waving off every goal.

I was away in Montreal for games 1 and 2 and will be back home in Vancouver for game 3. Sitting on the tarmac right now in YYC actually... Go Flames Go!

Time for the C of Red to go to work. For any of you going to the game, you'd better cheer your guts out. The Dome needs to be LOUD tomorrow.

Lose this game and the series is basically over, but win it and I think the Flames still have a good chance. They have what it takes to come from behind in this series if they can just win one game in Anaheim.

Anyone think the comments made from the Flames announcer booth made/will make it to the Flames locker room?

I think you guys have a chance now.

This guy just came back from Montreal and is back home in Vancouver.

I can't see the Ducks being able to overcome this new development.

Two years ago I knew the Flames were toast when they went down 2-0 in Anaheim. This year I feel way different. I don't think the Flames are out of it yet.

Ok, if anyone cares for my prediction here is what I see happening:

Game 3: Flames blow-out Ducks, something along the lines of 4-1
Game 4: Close game, Flames tie game late in the 3rd and win in 2OT 2-1

Then back to Anaheim we go with the series tied, momentum on our side and another chance to knock the curse.

If this scenario pans out I like getting 2 more chances to once and for all bury that bloody 'curse' once and for all.

We got this. I believe the Flames will win both home games, and at least one by more than one goal.

Looking forward forward to lots of booing of Kesler and Bieksa in the Dome. Perry too, why not.

If the Flames can get both games at home, I can see this game going to 7 games.

Now bear with me...

Assuming each team wins ALL of their home games, one curse will be broken in game 7. Calgary's inability to win in Anaheim, or Anaheim's inability to win in game 7.

So when was the last time Anaheim won in game 7?
Calgary Flames vs. Anaheim (Mighty) Ducks - ANA W 3-0 in 2006

I know our curse is much more terrible, let alone having 29 STRAIGHT games lost in that **** hole. With that being said, a great storyline that would be and the silver lining for us would be that the Flames defeat the Ducks at the Honda Centre in that moment.

Now with that being said, **** the Ducks. Win next two at home, break the curse in game 5, then destroy the Ducks and Bieksa's ugly face in game 6.
