Trade Deadline question:

Is day 147 or 148 the last day that trades will be processed?

Philly is looking for a depth forward for injury coverage in the playoffs. We'd prefer a winger around 65-75ov who is on an expiring contract and will need cap coming with him. If you have someone like that who you're not planning on signing in the offseason, I'll at least give you something now for the rental.

Ah yes the annual confusion over the deadline.
The sim does this in a pretty confusing way.
Basically once I sim day 147 the sim doesn't allow me to move players. So the deadline is ACTUALLY after day 146.

So we will set the deadline for 11:59 PM of Day 146 (after games simmed)
I will then make the roster updates the following day and upload a new file
We will then resume simming the day after that for Day 147 games

Make sense?

Yes. Mainly because I don't think my team will win and I would rather recoup some pieces as my overall team is not where I would like it to be. Trying to build towards being an elite team. Don't think being a 100 pt team is good enough. Want to be in the NJ/LA caliber of teams.

In my opinion it is against the spirit of the game. You build a team for the playoffs, clinch and then blow it Up. You are not even a bubble team.

Tom Pyatt can go for the highest pick offered. This year's draft or next. Can't send any cap.
9G 14A for the Sens this season and, at only 750k/year, he'll be a super cheap bottom 6 option for any cap consciousness teams.
